Who processes your data

What we collect

• Data you give us — name, phone, e-mail, travel dates, number of guests and wishes — when you message us on WhatsApp, by e-mail or via a form.
• Technical data — device and browser, pages viewed, traffic source (e.g. an ad campaign). Collected by analytics only after your consent.

Why

• To answer your request, quote a price and make a booking.
• To perform the contract for a stay, tour or event.
• To understand which pages and campaigns help, and improve the site.
• To show ads to people who have shown interest (only with cookie consent).

Cookies and analytics

The site may use Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They load only after you click “Accept”. “Necessary only” keeps them off; your choice is stored in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Hotel staff and contractors who help deliver the service (OtelMS booking system, Google services, drivers and guides — only what a trip requires) have access. Analytics and ad systems receive de-identified technical data.

Retention

Enquiries — up to 3 years after the last contact; bookings — as long as Georgian accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing and withdraw consent. Write to checkpointtbilisi@gmail.com; we reply within 10 working days. You may also contact Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service.
